Free Concert at the Great Park

All summer the city of Irvine was having free concerts at the "Great Park" location. I think the concerts were held in order to get the people excited about the plans and beginning construction phase of the Great Park. The park is being built on the old El Toro Marine Base land. We saw a fun hawaiian band named Hapa. I think the girls had more fun watching a cricket run around and scare everyone who were just sitting on blankets.

Gotta love those free "give-aways"!!
