This was Rachel's last regular tournament with her club team. (They still have festival in Phoenix at the end of June) It was a long two days. The first day we ended up with the afternoon schedule. To make the tournament go faster, the people in charge split up our pool and the girls played three matches without any break. You could tell by the end they were absolutely exhausted. They played for three and a half hours straight. Then we had to be back ready to play at 8:00 the next morning. Rachel was the only setter for the whole second day. What a trooper. She played her heart out and did a fabulous job. Rachel set for four and a half matches. Luckily they had time to rest in between each match.
Rachel's coach celebrated her 30th birthday on the second day of our tournament.
