The Hazards of Working at Sonic

LOOK AT CARLY"S KNEES!! She had a rough day at work last Tuesday. She had given blood at the high school for their school blood drive, didn't have time to eat before she ran off to work, and roller skated around car hopping for four hours in the hot sun. She really didn't feel well the whole time she was at work, but pushed through it up until the very end of her shift. As she started to deliver one of her last orders - her legs started feeling weak and everything went black. Sure enough, she passed out. She fell super hard on her knees and spilled the drinks on her tray. She said people were laughing until they realized what was going on. We are so happy she didn't get super hurt - although her knees look pretty bad. On a good note - she earned $140.00 in tips alone this past week. Friday she made $60.00 in tips in 6 hours. That is like earning $18.00 an hour - not too shabby. It is really hard work though.
