Del Mar Horse Race

We did something completely out of the ordinary. Our neighbor John Devore was parachuting into the Del Mar horse races, and he and Stephanie invited us to the races to watch. We were pretty excited - we had never seen John jump before. On our way to Del Mar we remembered that our friend Tom Beckerle had some interest in race horses. We gave him a call and found out he had two horses racing that day, and was at Del Mar watching. It was a fun day - we watched john - we couldn't believe how fast he flew into the event, and we got to spend a little time with Tom learning about the horses.
